Terry Mattox – SAPULPA, Okla. (April 19, 2016) – Four weeks in and week five is on deck for this Saturday night at the Creek County Speedway for the tracks Fast Five Weekly Series which showcases weekly Champ Sprint Car, Modified, Dwarf Car, Factory Stock and Mini Stock divisions.
In the Championship Sprint Car division, Casey Wills has attained the top spot of the point chart holding a 25 point lead over Kyle Clark. Brent Bates currently sits in the third spot 28 markers behind the leader. Kevin Brewer holds down the fourth spot with Will Scribner rounding out the top five.
Ho Dean is your current point leader in the Modified division as he holds a 23 point lead over Joe Wright who sits in second. Collin Wiseley sits one point behind Wright and 24 points behind the leader. Brandon Dean is in fourth with Edward Geneva.
Dwarf Cars finds Larry Pense at the helm of the point standings holding a 29 point lead over Jorge Chacon. Tanner Phillips sits on the final spot of the podium 40 points behind Pense with Rob McQuary and Mike Howard bringing up the top five.
Bobby Wolfe continues to extend his points lead to 65 over Toby Cooper in the Fast and Furious Factory Stock division. Jimmy Owen currently finds himself in the third position 72 points behind Wolfe. Tate Green comes to week five in fourth and Danny Cochran in fifth.
In the Mini Stock division, Michael Denton currently holds the top spot in the points chase with a 54 point lead over second place, Robert Lockhart. Daniel Ray Denton falls to third in the point standings after a DQ on Saturday night which causes him to go 84 points behind the leader. Austin Timmons sits in fourth with Wesley Knebel who was in second in last weeks points was also DQ’d on Saturday and puts him back 93 markers in the points case.
Ticket for Adults is $10, Kids 10-14: $6 and Children under 10: Free. Pit passes are $30.
Saturday nights action kicks off at 7PM with Gates opening at 4:30PM and Hotlaps at 6:30PM.
