(TULSA, Okla.) - The Ironman 50 Challenge, presented by D&E Supply, Same Day Auto Repair/Tire Pros and Creek County Speedway, is set to go green this Saturday, September 10th, 2016.
Drivers and crews are working to get those final preparations made to take the green flag on Saturday for what is said to be one of the area's biggest non-wing sprint car event for 2016. With over $20,000 up for grabs at the end of the event, teams are setting sail for Creek County Speedway in hopes to put their bid in for the top prize.
The event will feature a full event of racing, including heat races, a dash-for-cash, B-Features, and the main event, which will be a 50-lap race for purse money and bragging rights.
The Creek County Speedway Dwarf Car division will also be racing for over $4,000 in total purse money, donated by the drivers of the Dwarf Car division. The Dwarf Car division will also be competing in a complete show, filled with heat races, B-Features, and twin 20-lap A-Feature events.
You won't want to miss this open-wheeled, slide jobbing, dirt slinging, action packed event, going on this saturday night, at Creek County Speedway.
We would also like to invite everyone in attendance into the pit area at the end of the night for an after party. Shirts will be on sale, and your favorite drivers will be available to sign autographs and take pictures.
Hot Laps start at 6:30, Races start at 7:00PM.
