Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (April 26, 2021) – The Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi-Plains Building Division season reignites this weekend with a race in Oklahoma and one in Texas.
Friday’s event, which marks the first series race since March 7, has been shifted to Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Okla., with Grayson County Speedway in Bells, Texas, hosting Saturday’s show.
Both nights will feature the three top series divisions – Stock Non-Wing, Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class. The gates open at 5 p.m. at Creek County Speedway and at 6 p.m. at Grayson County Speedway. Racing is set to kick off at 8 p.m. each night.
Friday marks the first of five NOW600 Series races at Creek County Speedway this year while Saturday features the lone visit to Grayson County Raceway in 2021.
Frank Flud enters the weekend leading Daison Pursley by four points in the Stock Non-Wing championship standings. Defending series champion Jade Avedisian has a seven-point lead over Noah Key with Flud and Trey Zorn only one point back in the Winged ‘A’ Class standings. Justis Sokol owns a seven-point advantage over Talin Turner in the Restricted ‘A’ Class standings.
Tickets for adults are $20 with children ages 11-years-old to 14-years-old $6 on Friday. Children ages 10-years-old and younger get in free. A pit pass is $35.
Adult tickets are $15 with seniors, military and children 17-years-old and younger $10 on Saturday. A pit pass is $30.
For fans unable to attend the race on Friday the RacinBoys Broadcasting Network will offer a live video stream to RacinBoys All Access subscribers.
