Bryan Hulbert – LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (March 19, 2019) Salvaging a weekend that was scheduled to see action at the Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Blake Hahn adjusted his schedule to I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Ark. for a chance to shake down his DriveWFX.com No. 52 where the result was a third-place finish.

“We were really happy with the car. We’ve made a few small changes over the off-season that seemed to make the car a little more responsive. I was really looking forward to racing at Devil’s Bowl, but it was still a good weekend getting to race at I-30,” commented Hahn.

Earning the fifth starting spot on the A-Feature lineup, Hahn searched the quarter-mile oval for room to run with both top and bottom grooves working to his favor.

“I could put the car pretty much anywhere I wanted. The only thing I should have done sooner is hit the lip in one and two. I think if I’d moved up sooner, I could have had a shot at getting to the front, but for the first time on the car this season and not knowing exactly how it was going to react, I was thrilled with the finish”

Switching gears this coming weekend, Hahn will look to race four nights with the Lucas Oil POWRi National Midgets at Creek County Speedway (March 21), I-44 Speedway (March 22 and 23), and Port City Raceway (March 24). The best part for Blake is getting to race close to home.

“I’m really looking forward to this weekend. Brings back a lot of memories of racing ASCS2 back in the day when we were at all three tracks, plus you can’t beat racing close to home.”

All four nights of racing will be shown on https://www.speedshifttv.com
