Triple Crown Challenge Offers Bonus Money For 2019 ASCS Sooner/NCRA Events

Bryan Hulbert – TULSA, Okla. (April 18, 2019) Starting with the trip to Humboldt Speedway on Friday, April 19, drivers will be in the running for a little extra money with the three ASCS Sooner/NCRA co-sanctioned events in 2019 paying a $1,000 bonus among the top three best overall finishers from each event.

Keeping points for each night of racing, the Triple Crown Challenge will pay $500 to the winner, $300 to second, and $200 to third. The other races on the lineup include July 12 at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Okla. and 81-Speedway in Park City, Kan. on July 13.

“It’s somewhere to start to give these drivers a chance at a little something extra and thank them for being at these races. We’re looking for a few people to sponsor the Triple Crown and see if we can’t grow the payout and give back a little more to the teams,” commented ASCS Sooner Region Director, Terry Mattox.

Round 1 on the lineup at Humboldt Speedway opens at 6:00 P.M. with racing getting underway at 8:00 P.M. (CT). Admission is $15 for adults and $5 for kids 6-12. Humboldt Speedway is located at 1663 Georgia Rd. in Humboldt, Kan. More information on the track can be found online at http://www.humboldtspeedway.com or by calling (620) 473-3694.

Information on NCRA and their entire 2019 lineup can be found online at http://www.racencra.com.
