Randall, Flud and Daugherty Produce Lucas Oil NOW600 Series Wins to Open Hi Plains Building Division Small-Town Showdown

Inside Line Promotions – SAPULPA, Okla. (Aug. 1, 2019) – Chase Randall, Frank Flud and Mason Daugherty each scored a Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Tel-Star Technologies feature victory on Thursday at Creek County Speedway during the opening night of the Hi Plains Building Division Small-Town Showdown.

Randall earned his first Stock Non-Wing triumph of the season with Flud, who is the points leader, finishing in the runner-up position. Cole Roberts rounded out the podium with Chase Hyland fourth and Jared Dunkin fifth.

Randall was the lone heat race winner.

The roles were reversed in the Winged ‘A’ Class main event as Flud bested Randall for the trip into the Winner’s Circle. It marked Flud’s 14th NOW600 Series win of the season in the division and he remains undefeated at Creek County Speedway this season.

Joey Starnes placed third with Roberts fourth and Brenham Crouch fifth.

Starnes and Flud were the heat race winners.

Daugherty hustled to his second career Restricted ‘A’ Class victory with the series. Crouch finished second with Timothy Watson III in third, Baron Silva fourth and Kayden Cole fifth.

Daugherty and Crouch both won a heat race.

The event wraps up on Friday evening. The gates open at 4 p.m. with racing at 8 p.m.

General admission tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for ages 11-years-old to 14-years-old. Children ages 10-years-old and younger get in for free. Pit passes are $30.
